Julia is Director of Nordic E-commerce at Elkjøp and is a tech and data enthusiast, digital expert and a passionate Oda advisory board member. Her motto is “what you can’t measure doesn’t exist” and she lives by this by continuously testing, basing decisions on data, not assumptions, and always focusing on the customer.
She is pushing the Servant Leadership further with experience from her previous roles as Head of Digital Sales and Service at DNB, Director of Digital Strategy at Telenor Digital and Brand Manager of Nordics at the ecommerce giant Zalando.
Julia is proud to have created together with the team this way of work model – WOW Universe – and for that work she also received DNB’s most courageous leader award in the Retail Market 2019.
Marte lives to understand why people do what they do and are a big fan of data driven decision making and experimentation. She is working as a consultant at Conversionista, and is spending the days driving the data mindset and testing culture further in leading nordic organisations.
She has experience from different roles in DNB, from concept development to digital sales and was the Scrum and OKR Master of the Digital Sales team. Marte was a driving force in building up a CRO and experimentation team in DNB and it shouldn’t come as a surprise that her motto is ABT / Always Be Testing.
